Aircraft Maintenance

Each network airline has an aircraft maintenance program with technicians who have completed approved training or operate under FAA issued aircraft maintenance Repair Station License. Aircraft are inspected and maintained on a daily basis and issues are addressed immediately under guidelines set up by each airline and the Federal Aviation Administration. Large US commercial passenger airlines maintain their fleet of aircraft in accordance with FAA-approved maintenance programs. Every airline maintenance department has guidelines established to ensure that the aircraft are in compliance with all the requirements of FAR 121, including Quality Control, Maintenance Control, Engine Health Monitoring Program and Continuous Airworthiness Systems Evaluation.
