Company founder, Mr. Manuchia started AMC in 1989. The firm and its members have completed numerous projects for various government and tourism entities worldwide. His operational procedures have assured AMC optimum financial performance and international prominence in a highly competitive market. Before founding AMC, he held a Director position with MGM Grand Air and had responsibilities for the scheduled and charter division staff for the airline. He developed air travel programs for Professional Sports Franchises, including the NBA's Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, and Chicago Bulls. Mr. Manuchia has held key roles in management with successful and start up airlines, (ValuJet Airlines, Northwest Airlink, Florida Express and People Express). Mr. Manuchia attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL.
James B. Kenney

Mr. Kenney's expertise is air carrier operations, maintenance, safety and aviation regulatory issues. Prior to AMC, Mr. Kenney was President of USA3000. Other key positions include President-Laker Airways and VP of Maintenance and Engineering for Miami Air. He held senior positions with the FAA specializing in flight operations and safety. Mr. Kenney holds several FAA certificates, including; Airline Transport Pilot, L-1011, BAe-146, ATR-42; Flight Instructor, Flight Engineer and Ground Instructor. He is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Air Commerce.

Mr. Bechirian has over 25 years of senior management experience in leisure travel in the United States and Canada. Well known in the industry for his many accomplishments, he was most recently Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for ROI Net LLC, Sr. VP-Product Development at ByeByeNow.com, Sr. VP-Marketing and Product Development for Boston based Globetrotters Inc, managing Continental Vacations and BWIA Vacations brands, Managing Director-USA for the Barcelo International Corporation, VP-Sales and Marketing for Club America Vacations, a national tour operator located in Atlanta, and Director of Marketing with Canadian Holidays. Mr. Bechirian majored in Tourism Management & Marketing and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (DEC) from LaSalle College-Canada.
Gary Stacy

Mr. Stacy manages all areas of finance, MIS, and investor relations for AMC. Prior, Mr. Stacy was VP & C.F.O. and today remains a Member of the Board of Directors for Safe Solutions, Inc. Mr. Stacy has held various positions with airlines, including VP of Finance and Administration / C.F.O. for Jet America, Controller with Air South and Southwest Airlines. Mr. Stacy successfully prepared and executed Private Placement Memorandums (PPM) and has raised millions in private financing for various clients. Mr. Stacy was also President of Transact Data Management Corporations (TDMC), a $600 million sales processing firm where he implemented one of the first direct computer links with American Express. Mr. Stacy holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
